Meghan is responsible for directing day-to-day operations for Oaklight, ensuring the business is disciplined and thriving. Her technical expertise includes navigating NEPA reviews for transportation projects, threatened and endangered species surveys and consultations, and routing and siting new energy infrastructure. 

As partner and founder of Oaklight, Curt brings 28 years of leadership experience in the environmental and power businesses. Curt is responsible for establishing Oaklight's corporate vision, building strategic partnerships with clients, and setting company growth and innovation goals. Curt is a nationally recognized expert in routing and siting high voltage transmission lines and approaches each project with a desire to move it quickly and successfully to completion.

As Principal and Head of Project Management, Kristin brings 17 years of experience in managing environmental permitting and approvals for complex infrastructure projects. Kristin is responsible for implementing Oaklight's project management framework, providing project management training, and conducting audits. Kristin has technical expertise in routing and siting high voltage transmission and supporting renewable energy clients through permits and approvals.
